Mrs. Bell Spring has arrived to the toddler classroom! For the month of April, we say goodbye to our “My Special Day” theme and our new theme is “Spring and Bugs”. We will be learning about the many different types of insects and the signs of spring. We will also be discussing clothing for the springtime weather. As in the winter months we will continue to go outside on a regular basis for some fresh air, movement and to explore our outdoor environment. Please send your child with appropriate clothing for the weather as well as proper outdoor shoes. The best choice for outdoor footwear at this time of the year in the toddler class is rain boots due to the damp and muddy ground. Friday, April 20th is our trip to the fire station. Just a reminder that each child will need a parent or guardian to accompany them on our field trips. Please meet us at the classroom doors at 10:00 so we can all walk to the fire station together as a class.
