Mrs. Sikman & Mrs. Blacquiere Welcome back! We hope everyone had a fantastic March Break! The talent show was magnificent as always. Our students are so talented! At the beginning of the month our class will be immersed in discovering and understanding different types of maps. The children will start with the map of the world and make their way down to creating their very own map of our classroom. Mid month, our students will begin exploring the wonderful world of surveys and graphing. I wonder what questions they will ask each other? We will end the month with the grade one and two students exploring different civilizations and grade three students doing independent research. Upcoming events to be aware of are the Science Fair on April 11th, and our school production of Peter Pan on April 26 & 27. Please watch for more information in the agenda and outside the classroom. Please remember to watch the weather carefully and dress your child appropriately to play outside and label all outdoor gear! Have a wonderful month!
